Return Policy

Our online gift portal sells variety of personalise and non-personalise gift items. Personalise gifts are non-returnable after dispatch. Only Return in such case where wrong product dispatched, otherwise/untill No Return in any personalised Products.


For Non-Personalise Gift Items

1. Return/Complaint Form
Please fill out the return/complaint form and attach it to the returned product. The form needs to contain the following data: customer's name, e-mail address, phone number, product ID and description of defect, date of purchase.

2. Product Return
When filing a complaint, please send back a complete product, together with a copy of the invoice.

3. Shipping
Please send the faulty goods to the following address:

You can also contact our Customer Service, we will pick up the faulty goods by courier.

Return of the goods
In accordance with applicable law, you have 7 days to return the goods only if it is non-personqalise items. To cancel the contract and return the purchased product complete the statement of withdrawal, pack complete product together with invoice, then send it back to the following adress:

Refund Policy

Cancellation by Itsmyway Gifts

Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side. We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be credited to your account within 4-5 working days.


Cancellations by the customer: Before Dispatch

In case we receive a cancellation notice from your side and the order has not been dispatched by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 4-5 working days.


Cancellations by the customer: After Dispatch

On the other hand, on cancellation of an order after it has been dispatched from your side, the cancellation charges will become applicable that is 5% of the order value and the shipping charges incurred on that particular order. We expect that no difference of opinion will happen from your side regarding the cancellation. If the Product is once dispatched, it cannot be returned.
